International Roma Cultural University, An Autonomous Academic, Research, Cultural & Literary Virtual Institution-known as IRCU, has been engaged in education and research since last 15 years in association/affiliation with Hindu University of America, Human Advancement Institute, Institute of United Nations & UNESCO Studies, Research Foundation International, Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan, WSS, ARSP , WOR, World Association of Value Education, International Goodwill Society of India etc. The University was established in 2006 by Padma Shree Prof.(Dr.) Shyam Singh Shashi in Belgrade and India. The IRCU has connection with renowned universities and organizations across the world, promoting: Studies and Research, Peace and Global Understanding through Value and Culture based Education.
